Open Access Statement
PHI IUSTITIA: Journal of Law and Multidisciplinary Studies is an Open Access journal. All published articles are freely and immediately accessible to the public without restriction, with no embargo period whatsoever — full-text content is available in PDF/HTML format from the moment an article is published.
No Cost to Readers
Readers may read, download, print, and share any published article free of charge, without requiring registration, login, subscription, or any form of payment. This open-access policy applies exclusively to reader-side access and is entirely separate from the Article Processing Charge (APC), which is billed only to authors after manuscript acceptance, as described on the Article Processing Charge page.
License
Published content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits sharing and adaptation of the work, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given. Full details of the license and author rights are set out in the journal's Copyright and License Statement.
Definition of Open Access
PHI IUSTITIA adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access: free availability on the public internet, permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, for any lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
