What CC BY 4.0 Permits

Under this license, other parties are free to:

Author Self-Archiving Rights (Green Open Access)

Authors retain the right to self-archive their work at any stage — pre-print (prior to peer review), post-print/accepted manuscript (after peer review, before layout), and the final published version (Version of Record) — in institutional repositories, personal or departmental websites, academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu), and preprint servers, at any time, provided that a citation and link to the original publication in PHI IUSTITIA are included.

Author Warranties

• Authors warrant that the submitted manuscript is an original work, has not been previously published, and is not simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.
• Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission from the copyright holder for any third-party material (e.g., figures, tables, images, or extended quotations) reproduced in the manuscript, and for providing proper attribution.
• Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content and warrant that the manuscript does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Preprint Policy

PHI IUSTITIA permits the submission of manuscripts that have previously been posted on a recognized preprint server (e.g., SSRN, arXiv, INA-Rxiv), provided that the preprint is disclosed at the time of submission and the preprint record is updated with a link to the final published version once the article is published.
