Article Processing Charge
PHI IUSTITIA: Journal of Law and Multidisciplinary Studies implements an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the sustainability of the journal’s operations and to ensure the quality of open-access scholarly publishing.
Payment Mechanism: APC fees are only charged after the author receives an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) issued by the Editor in Chief, confirming that the manuscript has been accepted for publication. No fees are charged during the submission process, desk review, or peer-review stages. Authors are not required to make any payment prior to the issuance of the LOA.

Fee Waiver Policy: PHI IUSTITIA provides APC waivers for: (a) active members of the Perkumpulan Palu Hukum Indonesia; (b) authors from institutions that have established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the organization; and (c) authors who submit a fee waiver request accompanied by an official supporting letter from their institution. Fee waiver requests must be submitted simultaneously with manuscript submission through the OJS system.
Editorial Independence: APC payments do not influence editorial decisions in any way. All editorial decisions are made independently and are based solely on the scientific quality of the manuscript, in accordance with the principles of publication ethics and integrity established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
