PHI IUSTITIA: Journal of Law and Multidisciplinary Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Perkumpulan Palu Hukum Indonesia, an organization engaged in the fields of education, training, and legal aid. The name PHI IUSTITIA carries a profound philosophical meaning: PHI symbolizes perfect balance (the golden ratio) and also serves as an acronym for Palu Hukum Indonesia, while IUSTITIA derives from the Latin word meaning justice — the name of the Roman Goddess of Justice that forms the foundation of modern legal values and systems.

This journal was established based on the belief that law cannot stand alone, but instead grows from complex social, cultural, political, and humanitarian roots. PHI IUSTITIA serves as a multidisciplinary platform where law engages in dialogue with the social sciences and humanities, economics and business, technical and applied sciences, public policy and governance, as well as medical and health sciences — with the aim of generating comprehensive, contextual, and justice-oriented legal scholarship.

The journal accepts scientific articles in Indonesian and English and is published three (3) times a year in April, August, and December, under an open-access system licensed by the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

Committed to academic excellence, PHI IUSTITIA employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, integrity, and credibility of published research. The journal upholds the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing and follows the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Guided by the motto "Aequitas et Scientia Pro Iustitia" — Equality and Knowledge for Justice — PHI IUSTITIA is committed to becoming a bridge between academia and legal practice, between theory and the realities of justice within Indonesian society, while also serving as a national and international multidisciplinary scientific forum that encourages the emergence of innovative ideas for the advancement of the nation.
