Advertising Policy
PHI IUSTITIA: Journal of Law and Multidisciplinary Studies currently does NOT accept advertising of any kind, either within the journal or on its official website.
Rationale
This policy is applied to safeguard editorial independence and to prevent any conflict of interest between scholarly content and third-party commercial interests.
Note on Tool Integrations Displayed on the Website
The Mendeley, Turnitin, and Grammarly logos displayed on the journal's homepage are references to editorial-support tools used in the manuscript processing workflow (reference management, similarity checking, and language quality checking). These are NOT paid advertisements or sponsorships and have no bearing on editorial decisions; they are displayed solely to inform authors of the tools recommended for manuscript preparation.
Future Sponsorship or Advertising Arrangements
Should the journal open a sponsorship or advertising partnership in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, subject to prior approval by the Editor-in-Chief and the publisher (Perkumpulan Palu Hukum Indonesia). Any such advertising will be:
- Clearly and visibly labeled as “Advertisement” or “Sponsored Content,” distinguishable from scholarly/editorial content.
- Displayed in a location entirely separate from article content, tables of contents, and editorial pages.
- Subject to review to ensure no conflict of interest with the journal's Focus and Scope, published authors, or editorial board members.
- Never permitted to influence manuscript acceptance, rejection, or editorial decision-making in any way.
